Lorraine, V.N.
Lorraine qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in the UK in 1988. She moved to Canada in January 2005 with her husband and two children, Amelia and Matthew. Delilah (the cat) is sadly now the only remaining of four pets who crossed the Atlantic with the family. She now has company at home in the form of two other cats - Barney and Cooper, and a mixed breed dog named Violet, as well as Jaco the Asian Water Dragon & Spike the Crested Gecko.

Lindsay
Lindsay was very happy to join our team as a Veterinary Assistant in 2004. She graduated with honours from Sheridan College Animal Care Program in 1999. Her life dedicated to helping animals began as a child, volunteering and working at animal shelters for several years. Lindsay can either be found assisting our doctors in the clinic or with our mobile unit, and hers is usually the face you see when you come to pick up your animal after surgery. She is owned by her cat "Mimi" (formerly the Ptbo Humane Society mascot) who just would not live without Lindsay when she left her job with them to join us.

Keri
From the time Keri was a child, she knew she was different from most little girls her age. Instead of wanting to skip or play dolls, she would be found catering to the local strays or playing ball with a neighbour's dog. Her love of animals shines through at work, too. From the smallest kitten to the largest dog, Keri always has time for a scratch on the chin, a pat on the head and a kind word. Her life at home is just as busy. Between taking her thirteen-year-old son to baseball games and swimming lessons, she still finds time to pamper and take care of her growing collection of pets.

Marilyn
Marilyn joined our team in 2001, just after our clinic opened. She is one of the first voices you’ll hear in the morning, and one of our several caring voices calling for follow-up after your companion animal has visited with us for surgery or other procedures. She treats every client and patient in the same manner as she would want to be treated herself. Marilyn also holds the title of Handyman Extraordinaire, coming to the rescue when maintenance troubles arise. Marilyn's two over-zealous dogs, Thelma and Louise (see our home page!), keep her busy when she isn’t working (except on Sundays when you’ll find them all relaxing watching Nascar).

Linda
Linda first became involved with our practice while volunteering with a local animal shelter. She performs a variety of duties, from office to technical, and has a soft spot for our clients' senior felines.

Kathryn
Kathryn joined the office staff of O.A.H in September 2006. She has a varied work background, but "critters" have always played a big role in her life. Kathryn has had four-legged family members for as long as she can remember, and working at O.A.H is a happy extension of that. She is the proud mother of two daughters. Dr. Sara is a vet working in B.C, and Meg is banding bats in Long Point for the summer. Tieran, a nine-year-old pitbull, is currently the the only critter in residence, as Oscar and Ralphie moved to B.C with Sara.

Casandra
Casandra has been consumed her whole life by the love she has for animals and is now living her dream by working and interacting with them on a daily basis. She is also a very busy mom of three children, all under the age of 6! and has two wonderful golden doodles, Scampy & Smoochy. A beautiful tabby cat named Soot balances out her family nicely, but she couldn't stop there! She has just added a beautiful male long haired tabby, who has a condition called CH, that just makes him look a little dizzy. Casandra will be here at Otonabee Animal Hospital working at the front desk to greet you and your pet, and she can hardly wait to see you!!!!!!
